What kind of spot leases do you offer?

• We lease our spots monthly and annually. Call the office at 903.226.3016 for leasing information and our competitive rates.  

Do you have security?

• The entire park is fenced and electronically gated.
• We conduct background checks on all applicants.

Does the park allow pets?

• No more than 2 common household pets (i.e. cats, dogs) may be kept on any site. All pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after, and not left unattended outside the RV.
• No aggressive breeds allowed.

Do you have Internet?

• Yes, we offer public WiFi  or you can get high speed fiber optic to your spot through People’s Telephone.

Do you have any restrictions on the RV’s age?

• Yes.  The RV must be no older than 10 years.

Do you allow children?

• Of course.  People of all ages welcome.

Do you take reservations?

• No.  Our policy is first come, first served.
